In order to create an account you will need your zip code, the vehicle's VIN, and license plate number. If your license plate or zip code has changed since you last saw us, you will need to use the previous license or zip code as our information has not yet been updated. You will also need to disable any pop-up blockers to see your Invoice History as they are opened in new windows.

This tool uses Microsoft Silverlight 4.0 which is compatible with Intel Macintosh's running OSX 10.5 or later. You will need the latest Adobe Reader, which is available here. If you use Windows XP you will need the .NET Framework 3.0 or greater installed to view invoices paid after May. You can find a download for the .NET Framework 3 here.

A Note About Security

You may notice that there is no Padlock icon in your browser title bar indicating that the connection is secure. Instead, we have implemented our own security measures based on the latest industry standards and best-practices. All personally identifiable information is encrypted with the Advanced Encryption Standard. This is the same standard currently used by the Federal Government to encrypt Top-Secret classified documents and it has no known successful attacks against it.

For security reasons we do not wish to detail exactly how we have implemented our security measures, but we do wish to reassure you that at no point is your password ever transmitted over the internet and all personally identifiable information is encrypted with AES before it leaves your computer or our server.

We take the security of your private data very seriously. And we have choosen to use the absolute best security we can find.
